Exploring The Hunter Valley with Tyrrell’s Wines

Exploring The Hunter Valley with TyrRell’s Wines

The Hunter Valley is Australia’s oldest wine region and who better to explore the region with than the iconic Tyrrell’s?

Founded five generations ago, in 1858, theirs is the oldest family-run winery in the region. With seven separate blocks of vineyard, now over 100 years old, Tyrell’s is producing some of the most renowned wines in the country.

Join Besk’s sommelier, Trent Everitt, and the super-passionate, front of wine knowledge, James Bale from West Coast Wine Cellars, in the cellar, for a very exciting event, learning about the history of the region and tasting some very special wines.

Included will be the world-famous Vat 1 Semillon, described by wine writer Jancis Robinson as “Australia’s unique gift to the world”, and snacks from the Besk kitchen.
