Our mates from North 54 are taking over the Besk kitchen! Bac Pham returns to team up with Tom for a one-off Vietnamese-inspired menu.
Our Margaret River mates are joining the party too, with Dormilona pouring wines and a special collab drop, Margaret River Beer Co. taking over the taps, and Margaret River Spirits shaking up cocktails behind the bar.

Forest Hill Estate, based in Mt Barker with vines dating back to the 1960s, represents amazing quality and even better value. We are super excited to have Guy Lyons with us to share the stories and show the wines that make this estate one of the real gems of the WA wine scene. Guy, along with Besk's sommelier, Trent Everitt, will guide you through a tasting with a range of wines including some of the very special and limited Block Series wines.
There will be Riesling, Chardonnay, Shiraz & Cabernet all representing some of the best wines WA has to offer.
It will be a very fun and informal meet-the-maker event with some amazingly delicious wines.
