Before focusing on imports, he had a long history as a sommelier in some of the world's finest restaurants, including France’s three-Michelin-starred Paul Bocuse, and the iconic Melbourne bistro France-Soir. Expect a full range of French wines from Burgundy to Beaujolais, Loire to Languedoc and maybe the Rhone & the Yura.
