Lyons Will Estate is one of the most loved amongst the team at Besk and we are excited to announce the opportunity to spend an evening with one half of the husband-and-wife winemaking duo behind this amazing label from the Macedon Ranges in Victoria
Ollie Rapson will join us for a meet-the-winemaker session where he will detail the philosophy behind the viticulture and winemaking of their beautiful cool-climate wines. Learn how these amazing wines have been crafted, from the ground up, to create some of the best expressions riesling, chardonnay, pinot and gamay that Australia produces. Spend an hour tasting through the range of wines with Ollie and Besk’s sommelier, Trent Everitt, to learn why Lyons Will are a winery that are winning hearts and minds both here and abroad – including wine critics like Jancis Jobinson and James Suckling.
