Based in Belgium’s Senne Valley, the next generation of custodians behind 3F are keeping it as one of the last true beacons of authentic, 100% spontaneous fermentation, producing some of the world's most revered lambic and gueuze.

We are proud to be one of only two venues in Australia (alongside our fellow 3F partner bar Carwyn Cellars in VIC) selected by 3F to host this exclusive celebration, marking the brewery’s highly anticipated return to Australia after a four-year hiatus.

On Sunday 28 June (12pm–2pm) join us for an intimate masterclass dedicated to the complexity, character and craftsmanship of traditional lambic.

Your ticket includes a welcome pour of a new experimental blend of blackberry & Schaarbeekse cherry mead from De Mederie with 3 Fonteinen lambic, four rare and highly sought-after 3 Fonteinen lambics poured on tap, plus a side by side of two well cellared batches of the legendary sherry barrel-aged beer Zenne y Frontera.

Accompaniments will include cheese, pate and other nibbles to share alongside your pours.

NOTES

Kindly note that the event will be held in the Besk Cellar, which can be accessed via a flight of 15 steps with double hand railings.
Tickets are nonrefundable, however, are transferable to another person if plans change. 
Please refrain from wearing colognes or perfumes to wine school
