Join Besk’s sommelier, Trent Everitt, on a deep dive into the world of sparkling wine and discover what makes Prosecco, Cava, Cremant and, of course, Champagne all so wonderful and all so different. You will learn about the different production methods, the difference between “house” and “grower” champagne and the difference between Blanc de Blanc and Blanc de Noirs.
NOTES This event will be held in the Besk Cellar, which is accessed via a flight of 15 steps with double hand railings.
