Big Don's Smoked Meats and Archie's Hot Chicken will be joining us this Labour Day public holiday to help you finish off your long weekend with a bang! Kicking off from 12pm - 2pm, $58 will get you a platter from Big Don & Archie's plus a beer from our good friends at Eagle Bay Brewing Co.
The platter will consist of:
- Big Don's brisket with espresso BBQ sauce
- Archie's Nashville hot chicken tenders
- Big Don's pulled lamb shoulder with Besk chimichurri
- Besk heirloom purple roasted carrots with labneh, nuts and honey
- Besk roasted corn & cheddar empanada
- Assorted pickles and veg
Platters will be available by ticket purchase only. There will be no food from Big Don and Archie's available on the day to non-ticket holders so secure yours ASAP!
